I needed this quote. Some times it is so true. Some times I feel myself going, "well, it's probably already been done" and then I don't do it. Well, you know what, I am going to do everything I ever thought was done. Anything you do on your own, but mimicking, can't entirely be the EXACT same as it was by the previous artist. Your unique style will most definitely come into play at some point. It could even be a launching point for another idea. No matter what, it is your version. And, that, has never been done.
